Devonna Johnson

My name is Devonna Johnson. I was born in Rhode Island but moved to Detroit MI when I was a year old. I’m 24 years old with a two year old son. I fell in love with literature at the young age of three and started writing short stories at the age of twelve. I've always loved reading and writing all types of literature. My hobbies include singing, dancing, public speaking and of course reading and writing. I serve in the United States Army Reserves as a finance soldier. I attend Central Texas College online, studying for a bachelors degree in Social Work.

My passion is helping children and elderly people. My dream is to open a youth center in the city of Detroit and to run my own adoption agency. A lot of the things I write about are from my own personal experiences in life or from people that are close to me.
