Ari

Ari was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. At a very young age she discovered her love of reading and has always  shown appreciation for the art of writing by creating short stories for her classmates. By the time she was 12 years old, she was obsessed with fiction and urban literature due to reading The Coldest Winter Ever by Sister Soldier. It was then that she began to write poetry as a means to express herself . She appreciated the fact that she could vividly depict  scenery and characters in which provoked imagination through her words.

After the birth of her 2 beautiful children, she put her dreams on hold to pursue a career in healthcare. As her children grew Ari realized she still possessed the passion for writing and decided to follow her dreams of becoming a published author. Ari still resides in Chicago where she is a devoted, ambitious, and caring mother of 2. Ari would like to be an inspiration to all women to pursue their dreams no matter what.
